Customers must read, understand and agree to accept the Terms & Conditions before any
commissioned work is undertaken. All terms and conditions apply.

Pick up/Collection of bouquets
I only offers a pick up/collection service and do not deliver individual Bouquets/cupcake boxes .
I will send a reminder prompt /text the evening before your agreed collection appointment.

Payments for bouquets
At the time of order, full payment is required by Bank Transfer ( details will be provided) before any order is accepted, and to secure the booking. I do not accept deposits or part payment. * Initial prices are an “Introductory Price” and I reserve the right to increase the pricings at the start of each new financial year. ( see corporate/wedding orders re deposits )
Cancellation by the customer
If the order is cancelled more than two weeks in advance of the arranged pick up appointment, a full refund will be given. if the order is cancelled within two weeks of the arranged pick up appointment, a part refund will be granted. This is to compensate for any work already undertaken and products purchased.
Non collected cupcake bouquets/cupcakes by customer
Any non collected orders due to sickness or extreme circumstances may be part refundable only at my discretion. It is expected that the customer understands that the Company will have already paid for ingredients, baking time etc therefore, this needs to be factored into any level of refund considered. Where there are “ No shows” no refund will be given.

Cancellation by Cupcake Bouquets LTD
We reserve the right to cancel orders in exceptional circumstances that are beyond our control, such as bereavement/ family emergencies, ill health. In the unlikely event that this may happen you will be notified and a refund will be issued as soon as possible.

Two days prior to collecting your cupcake bouquets, you will receive a reminder prompt (Text)

Pick up/collection times
Pick up/collection times will be discussed and agreed with you. If you are unable to make the agreed time due to a mishap, I will do my best to accommodate, however this may not be possible due to other work/Professional commitments/orders that I have.

On collection of your Bouquets
Customers will be asked to review their bouquets, and sign to acknowledge receipt of their bouquets/cupcakes and to confirm they agree that they have received their purchase in excellent condition with the desired design. I cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur once you have collected/received your cupcake bouquet/cupcakes .
When you collect your cupcake bouquet/cupcakes, you will need a flat space in your vehicle to place the bouquet and keep it in an upright position. Please ensure you have a place to put the bouquet before you come to collect. As said previously, I cannot be held responsible for any damage done to the cupcake bouquet/cupcakes whilst in transit.

Cupcake Bouquets/cupcake Care Information
Care information will be provided in writing to advise on the storage conditions for bouquets/cupcakes. This will include the “dos and don’ts” of storing your bouquets/cupcakes. E.g.
Do’s :
• Store bouquets/cupcakes in a cool, dry place.
• Keep bouquets/cupcakes out of direct sunlight
• When transporting the cakes please drive with care and keep the bouquets/cupcakes flat.
• Keep the bouquets/cupcakes away from extreme heat.

Don’ts :
• Leave the bouquets/cupcakes in a car for any length of time.
• Leave the bouquets/cupcakes in a fridge for any length of time.
To enjoy the cupcakes at their best, they should be consumed ideally within 24 – 48hrs of receiving them. Please try to order your cakes to be received as close to the date of the celebration or event.

Matching of colours and flowers
Due to the nature of our products, I cannot always guarantee a 100% exact colour match of your request, but every effort will be made to do so. I will always engage with you over this matter.

Adjustments/Alterations
Once an order is placed, adjustments and alterations may only be made at the discretion of myself on an individual basis. I reserve the right to refuse any adjustments and alterations after an order is finalised.

Complaints/Concerns
In the unlikely event that you have a concern or complaint about your bouquets/cupcakes in order that I can response to concerns, it is crucial that I am notified and receive the bouquets/cupcakes back within 24 hours of the customer receiving them. This will allow me to see any issues myself first hand, as all bouquets/cupcakes orders are made to a bespoke design. The utmost care is given to ensure every order is as excellent quality as it can be. No refunds will be considered without this notification, along with the return of the cupcake bouquets/cupcakes being returned within 24 hrs.

Wedding bouquets/cupcakes /Corporate Orders
Deposits
Deposits are only necessary for wedding cakes/cupcakes/bouquets – this will be discussed individually and finalised at a consultation between customer and myself. . Deposits are thereafter, non refundable.
I will deliver your wedding cupcakes or corporate orders to your venue at the agreed time, and engage with the venue at the earliest opportunity. This is to ensure the most suitable delivery time.
Deliveries are charged at ** pence per mile (both ways) from the journey start to end. Any requests to deliver to areas with a 2 hours+ journey time will be charged at a daily rate to be discussed and agreed. Delivery includes free set up. If it is not possible to set up your cakes at a convenient time, they will be left in the hands of your venue/Events team with full instructions.

Delays with Delivery of wedding or Corporate orders only
I cannot take any responsibility for any unexpected events out with our control that may affect your delivery time – such as severe weather conditions, public unrest, traffic due to road accidents, closures etc. In such unlikely cases, we will keep you and the venue updated and will endeavour to deliver as soon as possible.
